Delete Your Nurerra Account
Last updated: May 28, 2026
This page explains how to delete your Nurerra account and the data associated with it. Nurerra is owned and operated by Rigal Tech Inc., a corporation incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
You can permanently delete your account and its data directly in the app:
- Open Nurerra on your device.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and the data listed below are removed immediately. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address linked to your account (if you linked one). We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once it is complete.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently delete your user record, including:
- Your mood check-in history and emotional tags
- Any mood notes you wrote
- Your breathing-session counts and day-count
- Your medication name and stage (if provided)
- Your name and email, if you linked an account
- Your subscription status in our records
Community posts are deleted by default when you delete your account. If you would prefer your posts remain in the feed as orphaned, no-longer-attributable anonymous content so the community history isn’t disrupted, contact us before deleting and we will preserve them in that form.
What is kept, and for how long
- Crash logs are retained by our crash-reporting provider for up to 90 days and then automatically purged. They contain no mood or health data.
- We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations, for the minimum period the law requires.
- App-store subscription records are held by Google Play / Apple, not by us. To stop billing, cancel your subscription through your app store before deleting your account.
If your account is anonymous (you never linked an email), uninstalling the app orphans the account. Anonymous accounts that stay inactive for 24 months are purged as part of routine cleanup.
