Community Pulse
You are not tracking alone.
Every day, people on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound log how they're doing in Nurerra — the anxiety, the quiet wins, the shot-day dread, the strange grief when the food noise goes quiet. This page will surface aggregate summaries without publishing individual check-ins.
Building toward transparency
Community stats are coming.
We're waiting until enough people have checked in before publishing aggregate numbers. A minimum sample reduces the risk of exposing information about a very small group, though these summaries are not a clinical study. When we hit that threshold, this page will show:
- Daily check-in volume and 7-day trend
- Most common mood patterns by week of treatment
- Average mood shift on injection day vs. other days
- Top tags by day — what's coming up most for people right now
The published summaries contain running counters, not names, UIDs, notes, or individual check-ins. Private check-ins remain in each user's account data and are never displayed on this page.
How this works, exactly.
What gets counted
When you save a check-in, a Cloud Function increments aggregate counters: total check-ins for the day, mood score bucket (high / mid / low), and which tags were selected. Your name, UID, note, and individual entry are not copied into the aggregate document.
What never gets counted
Your note. Your medication details. Your injection schedule. Your identity. Anything that could single you out in a crowd is never aggregated.
Who sees this
Stats are only surfaced after at least 50 daily check-ins. This threshold reduces small-group privacy risk; small-sample days show nothing — not even a total.
Why we built this
People describe emotional changes during GLP-1 treatment that may have many causes. These summaries can help the community notice broad patterns, but they cannot establish prevalence, prove a medication caused a symptom, or replace clinical research.

Every check-in makes the aggregate richer. The more people log their GLP-1 mood journey, the more meaningful this data becomes — for you, and for everyone who comes after.
